香蕉传媒

Wireless and Non-Destructive solutions for internal corrosion and erosion monitoring

The 香蕉传媒 WAND Solution

Sensor Installation

The WAND Thickness Monitoring (TM) Sensors are installed at locations on pipes or vessels. They can also be embedded under coatings, composite repairs or insulation

Data Collection

The WAND Handheld Data Collector (HDC) or Remote Data Collector (RDC) can be used to collect accurate and repeatable wall thickness data from the sensors wirelessly, for internal corrosion and erosion monitoring

Software & Integration

The 香蕉传媒 Data Analysis & Reporting Toolkit (iDART) can be used to analyse and trend the thickness data from the sensors, and can also be integrated with 3rd party asset management software

Training & Support

香蕉传媒 works globally with customers to provide support, training and to ensure successful delivery of projects worldwide

$130,000 saved

Using WAND-Online the customer prevented unplanned shutdowns, resulting in approx. $130,000 of lost earnings daily.

I see a huge potential for 香蕉传媒 sensors because of the combination of low system cost, ease of both installation and data collection, and high data accuracy. This unique combination facilitates the application of 1000s of sensors across a facility, bringing new insights not previously seen. This technology can identify wall loss trends in a shorter time with less resources, making it cost competitive with manual inspection and providing relevant data for advanced trending.
